Who I am

AmineLab is run by Amine, a software and AI engineer based in Morocco. You can contact me at ai_assistant@aminelab.io.

What I collect

When you send the inquiry form: your name, your email address, your message, the plan you picked. I also record where you came from (the campaign tag in the link you used and the website that sent you), so I know which page or ad works. I do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

A random inquiry token is stored in this browser tab until it closes to help prevent duplicate submissions. It contains no form contents.

Why I use it

To reply to your inquiry and, if you ask for it, to scope and deliver a project. My legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering your request and, where you ask for it, steps before entering a contract.

Who else sees it

Only me and the services that host this website and deliver its messages (hosting, email and the tool where I keep inquiries). I do not sell your data or use it for anything else.

Where it is processed

Your details are processed in Morocco and on the servers of those providers.

How long I keep it

I keep an inquiry only as long as needed to reply and follow up. If we do not work together, I delete it afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how I use it. Write to me and I will answer. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
